Wedding and occasion makeup by Helena Victoria
Looking and feeling ‘like you’ is important, for a big celebration like your wedding day.
If you don’t normally wear makeup, or aren’t comfortable with a full ‘look’ then it can be difficult to get your makeup right on your wedding day. You’ll need something to help you avoid looking washed out in the photos, but don’t want to be lost behind makeup that you’re not accustomed to.

Helena Victoria is an award-winning makeup artist specialising in a natural look, that will help you look and feel sophisticated and elegant, throughout your wedding day or other occasion.
In addition, Helena Victoria can create the makeup looks for some or all of your bridal party, and the mothers of the bride and groom, if required.
How it works
First, you can have a chat with Helena Victoria, to discuss what you need, over a cuppa. (This often works well as a virtual meeting.)
After this, you pay the deposit of 50% of the agreed cost, to secure your date, and plan a trial.
Pricing and packages
Packages are available from £285 for the bride only, plus mileage, and a stand-alone trial is available prior to booking if required. [link to prices page or PDF]
Groups of two brides, or bride plus one or more members of the bridal party can be arranged, or groups not including the bride, all up to a maximum of 5 people, over the age of 16. Children can be accommodated on request – see the FAQs for more details.
On-the-day false lashes can be included in the price on request.
Travel
Travel costs are additional to the base rate, if required, and are charged at the standard HMRC travel rate. Helena Victoria is based in the PL24 postcode area, and does not charge for travel within that area. Brides are welcome to visit her for their trial, or she can travel to them.
Brands and shades
Helena Victoria uses a variety of good quality skincare and cosmetic brands, specifically sourced to be eco-friendly, natural without toxins or parabens. On-the-day lashes are included as part of your quote if you would like. Current brand favourites are Younique, Charlotte Tilbury, Illamasqua, No7, Temple Spa, Arbonne, All Earth Mineral Cosmetics… fabulous products that provide excellent results!
If you have a preferred makeup brand that you use, or ones that you wish to avoid, that can also be incorporated, and Helena Victoria will always check in during the makeup trial to ensure that the client’s skin is happy with the product.
She has access to colour palettes to suit all skin tones, and is happy to discuss your preferences here too.
