Helena Victoria offers a suite of wedding planning packages to suit all needs, including on-the-day co-ordination, to allow you the space to just enjoy getting married!

Helena Victoria is an award-winning wedding planner, and can help you create a plan for a smooth run-up to your wedding, and the fantastic day you imagine. Whether it’s wedding day co-ordination, styling and set-up or planning of more aspects of the celebration, she’s got the skills and contacts and spreadsheets to make it flow smoothly.

How it works

Firstly, you get in touch With Helena Victoria. You have a chat with her, over a cuppa usually, and discuss your wedding, where you’ve got to already with the planning, and what you need. She’ll talk you through the different options she can offer, and you’ll decide where you need her support.

Then you can pay the deposit to secure the date and Helena Victoria’s availability.

Packages

Helena Victoria has four levels of wedding planning available:

Full planning – Includes the planning timeline, venue and supplier sourcing and management, venue styling and setup, RSVP management, item returns, regular updates and any special requirements.
Partial planning – This typically begins with 3-4 months to go, and includes the last minute co-ordination, and our Wedding Day Co-ordination service, to ensure everything runs perfectly on the day.
Wedding Day co-ordination – Including preliminary meetings to discuss plans and bookings, and incorporating supplier liaison and management, venue setup and styling, and co-ordination for the day’s events. It will include the presence of a member of the team for up to 10 hours, to be of assistance to the couple, and guests.
Styling and setup – Focussing on the visual aspects of creating the look you want for your venue. Includes sourcing suppliers, complete setup and styling of the venue, plus clear-up and returning items to the suppliers after the event, so you and your family can relax, before, during and after your celebration.

Pricing

The pricing for these packages varies, taking into account the level of assistance required, and the size of the wedding.

For example, the full wedding planning package is charged at 15% of the total wedding spend, with a minimum charge of £2,250.

At the other end of the price scale, the Wedding Day co-ordination package costs from £800.

Helena Victoria has worked in the wedding industry for many years, and has an extensive contacts book of suppliers of all kinds. She is always happy to recommend options to you or work with suppliers you’ve already found. She does not take a commission for recommendations, and you can be sure that she will be looking for the best people to suit your style, needs and budget.
